Construction of a unique 3,300 sq.ft. custom private residence. Included import of 10,000 cubic feet of engineered fill to be used as the building pad. The project included many high-end amenities and finishes including the 2-ton imported entrance door imported from Bali.
Construction of a modern 1,800 sq.ft. residential dwelling. The project consisted of metal roofing, storefront window system as well as traditional residential building materials.
Situated over four city blocks, this mixed-use development consists of 10 cast-in-place concrete structures ranging in height from six to 20 stories. 1.4 million sq. ft. of area incorporates 1,113 apartment units, 73,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space, more than 2,000 underground parking spaces, and a 27,000 sq. ft. athletic club.
