    Hyatt Place Hotel, UC Davis University, Davis, CA

     

    New wood-frame 4-story 52,000 s.f.  building consisting of pool, kitchen, meeting and conference rooms. This project was inspected by the State Fire Marshal and the documents were reviewed and approved by Department of State Architects (DSA) and UC Davis Health Department. 

     

     


    Holiday Inn, Sacramento, CA

     

    New wood-frame 22,000 s.f. building consisting of 200 rooms, pool, gym facility, full kitchen, restaurant, meeting and conference rooms. Brain Toppel acted as the construction manager on this project.

     


    Argent Hotel, San Francisco, CA

     

    Complete interior renovation of 700 rooms on 24 floors, entrance, lobby, board room, ballroom, corridors, elevators/stairs and other public spaces. Completed in multiple phases while the hotel remained in operation.  Tony Moayed provided project management services on this project.

    New 22,000 s.f.  wood-frame building consisting of 200 rooms, pool, gym facility, full kitchen, restaurant, meeting and conference rooms. Brian Toppel acted as the Construction Manager on this project.
