Delivery Methods
Re-roof of the historical California State Capitol and replacement of mechanical roof units. Project also included interior renovation, new steel catwalk at the rotunda while the Capitol was in session.
Replacement and upgrade of cooling towers and boilers in occupied Class A facility. The project included a complete re-roof, mechanical screen and acoustical work associated with the cooling tower.
Remote central receiving facilities is a new 32,000 s.f. steel structure with architectural precast cladding to be utilized by the County for mail distribution.
Atrium Planter Waterproofing. Complete removal of all existing planting and waterproofing. Replace all with new waterproofing, irrigation, light weight soil and plants, concrete curbs, stainless steel flashing and glass panels. The work was performed on the weekends on all five levels of Lincoln Plaza’s Atrium/Lobby.
Complete renovation and conversion of an existing 44,000 s.f. building to a data center. The project consisted of installing a 1,000 kW generator, UPS system and a tenant improvement build-out.
Select post-occupancy work. Six-story and four-story existing office buildings consist of a 538,162 s.f. tower and a parking garage of 448,912 s.f. Project includes select remodel and addition in occupied spaces and site work.
