Tricorp has completed construction of the Hyatt Place Hotel on the University of California, Davis campus. The 75-room hotel was constructed for the Presidio Group, the project developer. The project was completed on time and on budget and is located near the Interstate 80 south entrance next to a conference center and the Mondovi Center.
