Tricorp has broken ground on construction of a 75-room hotel at the University of California, Davis. Tricorp was selected by Presidio Group while TMCS. Inc. will be the Construction Manager. Aubrey Moore of Davis is the Architect on the project. Project completion is expected in 2010.
The project is being built near the Interstate 80 south entrance next to a conference center and the Mondavi Center.
